Have you ever been curious what a foreclosure auction looks like? Six investors showed up to place their bids on this Douglas County, Colorado home. Often investors are the only people in a position to purchase foreclosed properties at auction because of the financing restrictions. These middle men flip the home for a quick profit because they have access to cash. It’s not uncommon that many of these investors know each other; because for many, this is a weekly activity.
