We paid 11 months based on the modification and called them every month asking when they would correct the statements. April 2010 received notice they are in the final phase all docs received. ( now an intent to accelerate). On top of this they never applied our 11 on time payments to the account. On the phone every day since 8/13/2010 over 25 different reps, retention, modification, CSR, Managers you name it. I asked for a recinding Notice as we are not late, sorry we can not recind unless you make payment in full. "we are not late!" Sorry I do not have authorization to do that - well who does - Last person Mary said I don't know I can transfer you. HA. I sent Certified Documents today Faxed them the Documents and now having my attorney send them a cease order. We will see if legal action for breach of contract, inacurate credit reporting, etc...they are playing a game with everyone. Representatives will not return phone calls, they constantly lose paperwork, and sometimes are down right rude. INCOMPETENT OR UNCARING, either way it amount to intentional emotional distress.
